The services consist of the provision of consulting, advisory, and development of projects related to digital innovation, technology implementation, and the creation of custom technology solutions for modern businesses.
The Provider undertakes to provide the services with due professional diligence, in accordance with the agreed specifications and within the deadlines established in the corresponding contract.
The Client undertakes to provide all necessary information, documentation, and access for the proper development of the project. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
The Provider retains all intellectual property rights over the methodologies, tools, and proprietary know-how used. Rights to the specific development created for the Client will be transferred as stipulated in the individual service contract.
The Provider does not guarantee specific business results arising from the implementation of its services. The adoption of technology and innovation processes involves inherent risks that the Client accepts.
In no event shall the total liability of the Provider, for any reason, exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services that gave rise to the claim.

Prices, payment methods, and billing cycles will be detailed in the commercial proposal or specific contract for each project. All amounts are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
The Client will have 14 calendar days to review and dispute any invoice. After this period without written objection, the invoice will be considered accepted.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated by publishing them on this page and will take effect 30 days after their publication.
Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice with 30 days' advance notice, without prejudice to any pending financial obligations.
The Provider may suspend or terminate access to the services immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms by the Client.
